Established in the year 1995, we, “Deep Plastic Industries (DPI)”, are engaged in manufacturing and supplying Plastic Injection Moulds like Flip Top Cap Mould, Flip Top Caps Mould, Cap & Closures Mould, Unscrewing, Jumping & Double Ejecting Caps Mould, Stationary Product Mould, Pen Mould, Marker Mould, Lead Box Mould, Hilighter Mould, Sketch Pen Mould, Scale Protector Mould, Crayon Mould, Stencil Mould, Irrigation Mould, Round Dipper Mould, Flat Dipper Mould, Medical Product Mould, Micro Tips Mould, Syringe Mould, Collection Tubes Mould, Multi Storage Vilas Mould, Petri Disc Mould, Pharmaceutical Product Mould, Measuring Cup Mould, Temper Proof Cap Mould, Dropper Cap & Plug Mould. Beginning with limited resources and capital, we are now meeting the needs of various customers across the nation. Our sister concern ‘Deep Moulds’ is famous as 'mould maker' and has the capacity of manufacturing more than 60 moulds/year. So far, we manufactured 450 precision oriented & technically critical moulds. Moreover, 'M/s Ahmadnagar Polymer Pvt. Ltd., is our molding partner. It has many injection molding machines, ranging from capacity 80 ton to 600 ton at Sanaswadi, Pune for manufacturing molded components.
